The new website of the Länsi-Uusimaa Rescue Department has been published

The new website of the Länsi-Uusimaa Rescue Department has been published on the pelastustoimi.fi platform as part of the Rescue Services’ project aimed at harmonising its online communication. Most of Finland’s 22 rescue departments will transfer their websites to the joint platform.

The purpose of the new joint platform is to harmonise and improve the accessibility of rescue departments’ online communication. All common content is available through the pelastustoimi.fi homepage. You can find information on various issues, such as preparedness, home safety and emergencies. Each rescue department has its own subsite where you can find department-specific information.  

We will continue to develop the site, and some of the content, such as instructions and forms, are still being updated. You can give feedback on the new website through the feedback form.
