Service fees of the Länsi-Uusimaa Rescue Department as of 1 January 2021.

1. Supervision fees for supervisory measures specified in the Rescue Act

Supervision fees for sites specified in the supervision plan

The basic fee includes a 2-hour site visit. For the time exceeding this, we will charge EUR 53.00 per hour or part thereof.

The basic fee includes a 1-hour site visit. For the time exceeding this, we will charge EUR 53.00 per hour or part thereof.

2. Supervision fees for supervisory measures specified in chemicals legislation

3. Repeated false fire alarm

The third and any subsequent false fire alarms within one year from the same site will be considered repeated. 1237,00 € Section 96 § of the Rescue Act (379/2011)

Fees in paragraphs 1 to 3 are exclusive of VAT.

4. Rental of premises, vehicles, personnel and equipment

Premises, vehicles, personnel and equipment are only rented out to cooperation authorities and partners. Information on fees for these items is available separately to the parties entitled to rent them.

5. Action to be initiated as a result of an alarm entitling to compensation

If the Western Uusimaa Wellbeing Services County has the right to receive compensation for the operations of the Rescue Department on the basis of an alarm caused by an intentional act or negligence or on another basis, and unless the amount of compensation has been otherwise provided for, the required compensation will be determined on the basis of the activity carried out and the unit prices on this list of fees.

6. Fixed price or other basis for payment

A fixed price or other basis for payment may be agreed upon with the customer for training events and guarding services, in which case the CEO of Rescue Services will confirm the price.

7. Appeals

With regard to statutory fees (paragraphs 1–3), you can request a review of a decision as provided for in the Administrative Procedure Act (434/2003).

For non-statutory fees (paragraphs 4–5), you can request a payment basis in accordance with paragraph 6 by submitting an application to the CEO of Rescue Services.
The fee referred to in paragraph 5 may be adjusted, as provided for in the Tort Liability Act (412/1974)
