Notification of lighting a fire
Use this form to submit a notification of lighting a fire and prescribed burning. You should submit the notification to the rescue authorities as early as possible before the fire is started.
Notification of an obvious fire or accident risk
Use this form to submit a notification referred to in section 42 of the Rescue Act (379/2011). The purpose of the information contained in these notifications is to prevent accidents.
Notification of a private fireworks display
Use this form to submit a notification of a private fireworks display. The notification should be submitted to the rescue authority no later than five days before the display.

Notification of defencies and defects detected in chimney sweeping
With this form, the chimney sweep notifies the rescue department of any deficiencies or defects detected at the chimney sweeping site. The form can also be used to send a free-form or pre-prepared chimney sweeping report and other related documentation.
